The scope of work will be executed strictly as per the approved drawings, specifications, and agreements made between True Frame Construction and the client. Any additional work requested by the client will be charged separately.
Project timelines provided are based on estimated schedules. Delays caused by weather conditions, material shortages, government permissions, or client-side approvals may extend the completion date.
Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone schedule.
Work will progress only upon timely payments.
Delayed payments may lead to project suspension without liability to the company.
All materials used will follow the standards agreed upon in the contract. If the client requests alternative or upgraded materials, additional charges will apply.
Any changes in design, layout, or materials after final approval must be provided in writing by the client and may affect the cost and timeline.
The client must ensure unrestricted access to the site for workers, machinery, and materials. Any delays caused due to restricted access are not the company’s responsibility.
True Frame Construction follows standard safety practices. However, the client must ensure a safe working environment and comply with all local building laws and permissions.
Construction work carries a limited warranty period as per industry standards. This warranty covers structural issues but excludes damages caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.
The company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by force majeure events such as floods, strikes, accidents, or other uncontrollable conditions.
If the client cancels the project after initiation, costs for materials, labor, and planning work already executed must be paid in full.
Final handover will be completed only after full settlement of all payments. As-built plans and completion reports will be provided after project closure.
All disputes, if any, will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the local courts applicable to the project location.
